Queen sized sofa bed in living room, along with a twin sized sofa bed. There are air mattresses as well. It is a HUGE for Manhattan 1300 square feet. You cannot ask for a better location. It is three blocks from the World Trade Center. Steps to Century 21 clothing store. Walk to the New York Stock Exchange, South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge. Steps to City Hall. Two blocks from Double Decker tour bus stop. ALL major subways are within two small blocks!!! You will be anywhere in the city in no time. 10 minutes to Times Square! 

The area is extremely safe and easy to get around. Cross Broadway and you are in Tribeca. Thats 3 blocks away.
