5 bedroom Cottage in Honeoye Lake
5 bedroom Cottage in Honeoye Lake
This home located on Honeoye Lake was rebuilt in 2004. There are steps going to the water, steps that go along the waterfall on one side of the property and has three tiered sections to overlook the water on the way to the dock. The home was built with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and the second floor is carpeted. The bathrooms are granite and marble.
The lake boasts the largest walleye population in the country. Fish and waterski in the summer. Enjoy the colors in the fall with even better fishing. The area is known for it's grapes and wineries. Naples is within 10 miles of this lake house. In the winter there are two ski resorts within 15 minutes, Hunt's Hollow and Bristol Ski Resort. In the winter the lake does freeze - it is the shallowest of the fingerlakes, this means there is plenty of ice fishing and skating.
This is a fully working home. Parking available at street level as well as by the house. In the winter four wheel drive is recomended for the slope of the driveway. Plenty of parking space for boat trailers also. Fire pit available in front of home overlooking lake (please follow all NYS DEC regulations in regards to open burning). Television in 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and walkout basement area. Washer and dryer are located on second floor where bedrooms are located. Gas fireplace located in living room and also in walkout basement.
